Choosing a reputable inflatable company which take your safety extremely seriously can be difficult. As a professional Full time company, Somerset Bouncy Castles place your safety first and foremost. We are able to advise you on the safety aspects of hiring equipment be it a small bouncy castle in a back garden to a 10,000+ public event. Local site visits can be arranged if you are unsure of the suitability of equipment.

For your piece of mind, listed below are the Key Safety features which we adhere to so that you can book with confidence:

• All inflatables, where applicable carry a PIPA Tag and Test Certificate that is renewed annually.

• Annual inspection is carried out by PIPA Certified Manufacturer recognised by HSE as 'best practise' for inflatable play equipment.

• Safety briefings and written guidance supplied with every booking

• Electric fans and extension leads tested & certified Annually

• All power cable connectors are Splash proof and tamper proof.

• Safety Matting supplied as standard on all entrance & exit points

• A Minimum of 4 stakes (16mm thick 30 cm in length) used to anchor ALL inflatables or sandbags used on hard surfaces

• Generators supplied with fire extinguishers

• RCB protectors supplied whenever there is no protection on the electrical supply

• We can supply crowd control fencing for public events along with relevant safety signage

• Copies of safe operating procedures, risk assessments and test certificates are available on request

• Principle staff have completed First Aid training and have had CRB checks within the last year (Copies available on request).

• We are members of TIPE, PIPA and BIHA
